Sai Yuva Parthi Yatra

28 August 2014: As part of a three-day Sai Yuva Parthi Yatra by the youth of West Bengal, both men and women, a music programme by two of the alumni from Sri Sathya Sai Mirpuri College of Music was organised in the Sai Kulwant Hall on 28 August evening in Prasanthi Nilayam. Entitled “Prem Aradhana” the programme had some scintillating classical numbers apart from Bengali Bandish and a composition in the lines of Ramcharitmanas.400 youth participated in the three-day Parthi Yatra. Sri CG Sai Prakash from Radio Sai on Harmonium and Sri Jagdish Canaria on Tabla, faculty at Mirupuri Music College accompanied the artistes in the evening.
The 50-minutes programme concluded with Bhajans and Mangala Arathi at 1820 hrs.
