Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School Drama…
Friday, January 13th, 2012
On the third day of Sports & Cultural Festival, students from Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School presented a drama entitled God is good…Hold on to Him! this evening here in Prasanthi Nilayam.
The presentation catches the story of a youngster by name Vishwas who doubted God’s intentions after failing to convince himself of the sufferings that plague the world around. Three illustrious anecdotes from the lives of three preceding Avatars of Beloved Bhagawan, Bhagawan Sri Ram, Bhagawan Sri Krishna and Bhagawan Sri Shirdi Sai involving stories of God’s helping hand were shown bringing in greater conviction to the doubting Vishwas that God and God alone is the Saviour and His delays are not denials. The episodes shown were that involving Bhadrachala Ramdas and Lord Rama, Sudhama and Lord Krishna and that of Shyama and Lord Shirdi Sai.
The one hour presentation was intertwined with beautiful songs and dances ending with a beautiful group song of love and gratitude to Bhagawan.
Group photo session continued and prasadam was distributed to the entire assemblage of devotees. A couple of bhajans continued before Mangala Arathi offering at 1840 hrs. Earlier the presentation began at 1730 hrs. after Vedam and Bhajans for half-an-hour apiece.
