Mind and its three attributes formed the central part of this evening’s talk as part of the ongoing Prasanthi Vidwan Mahasabha this evening here, in Prasanthi Nilayam. The speaker for the evening was Sri KM Ganesh, Research Scholar at Dept Of Chemistry, SSSIHL, Prasanthi Nilayam campus.
We are blessed to be in the midst, in the very awe-inspiring presence of The Cause Of All Causes…AlMighty Supreme…Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. This the greatest secret, said the speaker citing Bhagawan referring to an incident involving Bhagawan and Prof Kasturi. How then, having HimSelf holding our hand, to develop the absolute must, Mumukshwathwa, intense desire for God, asked the speaker, lucidly narrating the vagaries of the mind, classified into Sathwa, Rajas and Thamas, giving effective way-out vide an inciting incident from the Ramayana time involving Hanuman. In conclusion, Sri KM Ganesh beseeched His grace to develop Right Intellect, Shakthi and Discrimination along with all other good virtues to be ever near and dear to Him.
Bhagawan’s Divine discourse next was on the Brahma-Vishnu-Maheshwara Principle which in combination forms the Atma Tathwa.
Boys from the Brindavan campus then offered a musical offering, with ‘Divine Mother’ being the central theme.
Bhajans next ended with Mangala Arati to Bhagawan. Earlier. the session commenced with Vedic invocation the higher secondary school children.
