Chennai Metro In Prasanthi Nilayam…

Over thousand devotees from Chennai Metro (South) District are in Prasanthi Nilayam on a two -day Parthi Yatra, “The Journey To Divine”. Commemorating the occasion, the youth from Chennai Metro (South) presented an instrumental offering at Bhagawan’s Lotus Feet this evening here, in Prasanthi Nilayam.
The offering that began with a Ganesha Vandana ran through the next half-an-hour with some beautiful devotional numbers ending with Bhagawan’s Bhajan “Premamudita Manase Kaho…”. Led by Sarvasree Sai Rakshit on Violin and Sai Krishna on Flute, the team of instrumentalists comprised of Sarvasree Neelakantan, Anirudh (both on Keyboard), Sai Krishna on Mridangam, Sainath on Ghatam, Sai Subramamaniam on Morsingh, all Balvikas Alumni.
Earlier, the session commenced at 1630 hrs with Veda chanting by the Mahilas from the District. At 1700 hrs District President of SSSSO, Sri Ramachandran briefed the Seva activities in detail, narrating the story of his entry in to the Sai-Fold. The speech was interspersed with an interesting video presentation on the flagship project in the district, Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Hospital, that has been running successfully for the past 27 months.
Bhajans next ended with Mangala Arathi at 1800 hrs.
