Marking the glorious beginning of a hopeful and Sai-Full New Year, Prasanthi Nilayam dawned to the ‘New’ this morning echoing an assertive tone of re-dedication to Bhagawan and His Mission.
Sharing the joyful exuberance of the occasion, the University Brass Band commenced the proceedings presenting a scintillating rhythmic Band display comprising of seven musical pieces. The numbers include Tempest, Beethoven’s 5 Secrets, The Myth – The Rise Of The Warrior and “Happy”, a unique last piece on Bhagawan’s eternal message of ‘Happy, Happy, Happy… Be Happy… Make others Happy and Swami will be Happy”.
It is not a coincidence that students come to the Institute for Higher Learning nor it can be called a fluke; rather, they are drawn towards Sai to learn the Ultimate Of Knowledge, Atma Vidya. The speaker this morning, Sri Abhimanyu Kaul, an alumnus at SSSIHL, shared the crux of Sai Education, identifying and defining it as Atma Vidya.
Sharing snippets of wisdom learnt at the hallowed portals, in His direct Divine Presence, the speaker said in an emphatic tone that, Bhagawan is not a missionary, and His ‘real’ mission is to impart Atma Vidya. A corporate personal and an experienced executive coach, Abhimanyu stressed on the sheer focus Bhagawan displayed throughout, in His entire mission, imparting the ultimate of Knowledge to His students. By talking about ‘Idli-Sambhar’ (as He would often with His students) Bhagawan instilled the Atma Vidya in His students, reminded the speaker commenting on the unique-inimitable Sai style of education.
“Atma Vidya is your right, Self-Realisation is your utmost duty; you are duty bound to get it. Each one of us is in that state of awareness, we have to only acknowledge.”
His devotees, by virtue of His mere presence, has been granted with the second level of Atma Vidya, qualified non-dualism, said Abhimanyu, elucidating further on the theme, ‘Higher Learning’ that stands for Atma Vidya. Identifying Bhagawan’s as the only Institution that imparts the unique Atma Vidya, Abhimanyu concluded his inspiring rhetoric imploring Bhagawan to guide one and all to the Ultimate Knowledge – Atma Vidya.
Bhajans continued and the session ended with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
