Highlighting Bhagawan’s Divine Sankalpa to impart quality ‘value-based’ spiritual education to the blossoming generation vide the Vidya Vahini programme, students from Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School, Vatadahosahalli, Chikkaballapur, Karnataka offered a dance drama entitled “Sa Vidya Ya Vimuktaye” this evening in the Divine OmniPresence at Prasnathi Nilayam.
The programme was organised on the occasion of the silver jubilee year of the school that had its ‘humble’ inception in the year 1993, with 50 students.
The drama with Adi Shankaracharya’s teachings on the path of salvation as pointers, highlighted the path of renunciation, the importance of viveka or discrimination, absolute need to develop true holistic vision, the truth of the All-Pervading nature of Divinity, etc., vide episodes from the yore, namely, from the story of Ratnakara turned Valmiki, from the Mahabharata time and from the lives of Jnanadev and Namadev. Dance and songs sequences as interludes beautified the programme.
Bhajans next ended with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
