Grand Culmination of Akhanda Bhajan…

24-hrs on the trot, in pursuit of a selfless agenda, Global Oneness and Peace, the Prasanthi Nilayam model timeless intonation, Global Akhanda Bhajan came to a grand culmination with Maha Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan this evening at 1800 hrs here, in Prasanthi Nilayam. The spiritual saga born of Bhagawan’s Divine Sankalpa highlighting on communal prayer reserves answer for all worldly problems, achieving the selfless ‘return’ of Samastha Lokah Sukhino Bhavantu.
When ceaseless, relentless prayer happens, what ensues is His bounty of unceasing grace, and Prasanthi Nilayam ensures this for one and all, role-modeling His life as His message.
The bhajans that commenced last evening continued throughout the night to continue during the day-time and ended with a ‘grand finale’, that came in a most spectacular fashion, a rare bhajan by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai HimSelf, echoing the oneness of Hari and Hara…. Aptly , the bhajan that began in His mellifluous voice with the line… “Shiva Shiva Shiva Shiva…Shiva Shiva Shiva Shambho…” ended with the climactic line “Jaya Kailasha Girisha Nivasa Giridhara Gopala”.
Maha Prasadam was served to the entire assemblage, after the Mangala Arathi. Swarms of students soon spread across the spacious Sai Kulwant Hall, ably assisted by the Sevadal volunteers, distributing blessed Prasadam, tamarind rice and sweet pudding to the entire assemblage.
The Global Akhanda Bhajan is undoubtedly one of the most powerful spiritually unifying forces at work to bring all humanity together through loving faith in God, regardless of name or form.
