Sathya Sai Institutions embark on a New Academic Year…

Fresh and refreshed, students of Sri Sathya Sai Institutions from all the three existing campuses, Prasanthi Nilayam, Brindavan and Anantapur along with the newly approved fourth campus at Muddenahalli are geared up to begin the new academic year tomorrow, 1st June 2012. Existing students as well as freshers have already arrived at Prasanthi Nilayam and other campuses and would be joining respective hostels by this evening. Students of the Higher Secondary wing are also enrolling to hostels today, except for the 1st Standard, to which the selection procedure is scheduled during the ensuing week. read more »

What human can learn from animals? An amazing tale of gentleness, generosity, compassion and love was seen in a canine, in an Animal Shelter, where the canine mothered eighteen puppies that were left orphaned. Ms. Sharon Sandweiss was blessed with an opportunity to speak in the Divine Presence on the occasion of Ladies’ Day 2009. In a gesture that is normal for any speaker, Sharon, upon coming to the podium, went upto Bhagawan seeking Divine blessings and in that moment of bliss missed out offering the Rose that was meant for Bhagawan. After reaching the mike, upon realizing her “folly”, she rushed back to Bhagawan with an apologetic smile, presenting the flower and what followed was a stream of unsullied love for the Divine.
She spoke about Him and His Love sharing glimpses from His conversations with the Sandweiss family in some of the interviews. read more »

The picturesque hill-station in the Nilgiris District of Tamil Nadu is the latest entrant in the list of Abodes of Kaliyuga Avatar Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Named as “Sai Kailash”, the Divine Abode is the third one in the State, after “Sundaram” in Chennai and “Sai Shruthi” in Kodaikanal. A Report on the opening function held on 23rd May. read more »

At the age of 14, as a student at the Uravakonda High School, young Sathya was a Divine Child for many and invariably Thursdays would wear special colours with the Little Divine turned up showing what He calls His visiting cards. Along with other devotees, one family, that of Sri Manchiraju Thammiraju, Little Sathya’s teacher at the Uravakonda High School, was immensely blessed by the ‘Little Divine’! Pavitra Parthi Yatra by Devotees from Ranga Reddy District

Over 1100 devotees from Ranga Reddy District arrived on a two day Pavitra Parthi Yatra (sacred pilgrimage to Prasanthi Nilayam) on 19 May 2012. They conducted a group prayer of Lalita Sahasranama Parayanam on the 19th morning at 1100 hrs and a Satsangam (Spiritual gathering) at at 1445hrs were they listened to a renowned orator before discussing various topics.
At 1715hrs, the District President Sri Ramakuchel presented a report of the service activities of Ranga Reddy District at the Sai Kulwant hall in the Divine Presence. Starting the speech with gratitude of the memories of the Radha Krishna drama, they presented on 26th July 2009, he then enumerated the various activities by the organisation under the Village Integrated Programme, Agri Care, Socio Care, Medi Care and Deena Jano Dharana Project. read more »
